The breakfast buffet was excellent, the resort was very clean in every way, quiet, serene, the light reflecting on the surface of the pools in the morning was magical. The staff including manager Mike (Quan), Japanese interpreter Trang, spa therapists Uyen & Nhung, the buffet hospitality team, the cleaning crew, just everyone went over and beyond anything we have experienced. We miss them already. We cannot wait to go back..."

There is a total of 5 staff for the entire resort no managers is what they told me. Locals and staff bathing in the hot tubs and pools with clothes on. All restaurants closed All bars closed Multiple buildings abandoned and massively destroyed on property. My son and myself both ended up with bed bugs in 2 seperate rooms and had to spend an entire day sanitizing clothes, changing hotels and losing hundreds of dollars. Worst resort of my family’s adventures. "
