"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We stayed in a beach view suite for 13 nights and loved every minute there. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the free foot massage was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
"We had a great time at TMS Hotel. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and did an excellent job taking care of the guests. I have stayed at a good number of five-star hotels before, both in Asia and Europe, but I was particularly impressed with how well they run this place.
We traveled with a baby and initially struggled with bathing him. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff, they went out of their way to provide us with a small plastic bathtub for the baby, which was a thoughtful gesture.
I'm also grateful for how well they took care of us during breakfast. We were traveling in a large group and with a baby. The staff, especially Mr. Phuoc, paid close attention to our needs and made arrangements so we could sit together. He even provided us with a table with a sofa seat so our little one had space to roll around comfortably.
We stayed there for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience."
