"I initially intended to give this hotel a five-star rating; however, I was disappointed to learn that the rooftop bar was closed for a private wedding event during our stay. I had also expected the Dragon’s Head to be located directly in front of the hotel, but it was actually across the bridge. Fortunately, the walk was short and manageable, and we still enjoyed a lovely view of the river from the hotel. I would give the buffet five stars, although I wish there had been a wider selection of fruits. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to exchange money at the reception desk, which made things much easier for guests."

"Check in was very disappointing. I was in line waiting to check in and 2 girls were behind me. The next available lady at the check in desk called over the 2 girls to come over to her kiosk to check them in instead of me. Another female check in lady behind the counter came out from the back and we made eye contact and I thought she was going to call me over so I could check in next and instead called the other couple behind me. I found the whole process slow, infuriating and rude. Check in process deserves a 1 star."

"There was construction happening in the next building over however, we were informed in our booking and also each recieved a complimentary drink of choice throughout our stay as a result of the construction noise. "

"The hotel had only been open 7 months when we stayed so it was in fantastic shape. We booked a pricier room which put our room on a higher floor away from street noise and included a wonderful view of city center that lights up brilliantly at night. Breakfast was included with our room and had a great spread of local Vietnamese and western cuisine. The rooftop infinity pool and bar is small but has a great view of the city. Happy hour is buy 2 get 1 free and had local craft beer on tap. The staff was fabulous, especially Mr. Huy Nguyen, who booked us a private driver to Hue using the scenic Hai Van pass. We stopped at the summit to take photos and have a drink. That area is very busy and i couldnt find my driver. Mr. Huy Nguyen was able to help me find my driver when i texted him for help. I got lost, no fault of the driver who was parked exactly where we stopped. Oveall the hotel was a great experience and the staff made it memorable. "
