"Caro Premium is a very well-kept property. The location was perfect for my needs - close to restaurants, walking distance to the Night Market and the most beautiful riverside view. I stayed in 1401, the grand suite, with almost 180 degree views & a quiet corner area. The technology in the room is top-notch, with many switches for lighting & comfort. The breakfast is superb - with a good variety & the option to add made-to-order items. The staff really goes above and beyond with service and even though the hotel is in the middle of the city, there is zero noise. I gave 4-stars only for a miscommunication with my very late check-in, though Mien came to the rescue and found a room for me to shower/rest until the next day when i checked into the room I booked originally. The entire property is very clean and the decor is very nice. They even gave me a takeaway box for breakfast when i had an esrly tour. I would 100% stay here again when I'm in Da Nang."

"Fantastic view from corner suite over river and city and the Premier Lounge was a great location where you felt welcome and remembered. By far the best feature of hotel were the staff who made you feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and always a ready smile. I will miss the genuine warmth of the staff. On check in I was sought out and personally greeted by assistant manager- when I met him again 5 days later he even remembered my room no. Highly recommended."

"This is a great location that is right next to the river. The staff here are all wonderful. The room is nice and very clean and the breakfast very good. It's also quite close to the dragon bridge so you can catch the fire and water show if you stay during the weekends."

"James,Tram and Lee were by far the best hosts. They immediately addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the highest care. Although they don't have a pool (which other Wink hotels do) it was a great experiance. Location was near markets and only 15 mins away from the beach. "

"The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager just have a different standard for cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, I think the hotel is good for the price and location. "
