The staff was always so friendly and ready to greet me when I return from a long day I spent five nights so I got to know many of the staff. The facility was clean my room was just the right size. I had a bedroom a sitting room and bath. The location was perfect as it was close to the river and all the shops in one direction. In the other direction or the Taylor shops, the lantern making shops and lots of good restaurants."

"What a great hotel. Bed was comfortable and shower was perfect. Twin room was a little small for 2 people but we were only there for 2 nights, so it didn't effect us. We had the corner room which had a nice large balcony, which was great. The hotel is directly out front of the night market and a 2 minute walk to the main old town strip next to the river. Staff were also very friendly and arranged transport to and from Da Nang for a reasonable fee. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying...
