Yzistel is a neat boutique hotel in a quieter part of town. It is still very close to everything. Within a 15-minute walk of most things you want to do. Pool is really a dipping pool and there are no loungers around the pool. Staff are great and very helpful. Everything is very clean. Would stay here again.

Great location, away from all the tourists noice. However, it’s close enough to walk to the old town. Complimentary bicycle rental is another big plus. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Ventilation in the room could be improved: the temperature control is not very accurate, and the AC blows air directly at one side of the bed. We ended up sleeping sideways on the bed to avoid it blowing cold air into our faces at night.

Staff service was disappointing. Tried to overcharge us for the taxi they arranged. We told them more than a week out that we needed an extra night and they said they would take care of it onsite. They didn’t. The room was nice, but there was a nasty smell.

Yzistel Hoi An is close to the Old Town, yet once you step inside, the world slows down. Mornings are peaceful, with sunlight on the yellow walls and the sound of water in the pool. I loved sitting there with a cup of coffee, just breathing.
