"Súper clean and super close to everything."

"Best spot in hoi an. Perfect location. Great staff/family."

"Great location and very clean room. Everything is within walking distance—shopping areas, restaurants, the night market, Memories Land, and more."

"Prioprietaires très agréables, chambre spacieuse et hôtel idéalement situé. À conseiller"

"A small and friendly family run place, very convenient location, I’d recommend it."

"The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful and it's perfectly located to visit old town. The pool lounges look limited in the photo however I had no troubles finding somewhere to sit (I visited in September). I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it's even better in real life than online."

"Vin was amazing and helpful with tips on where to go in Hoi An. Him and his family were lovely. There's a pool on the property which is a huge plus and they provide bikes to ride. Breakfast is provided for about $10usd. The location is down and alleyway which can make getting to the hotel a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The location is about a 15min walk to the Ancient Town."

"Nice and quiet location that's walkable to food and shopping near by. Rooms had AC units and ceiling fans. Showers and sinks worked without issues. Invited my local family to come out from the countryside and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Two bottles of water and instant coffee packs were provided per room daily. Did not have any issues with bugs in the rooms, just the typical mosquitoes here and there. We kept the doors closed most of the time. You pre-order breakfast at the front desk...

"Very good"

"1泊だけでしたが非常に丁寧な接客と綺麗な部屋に満足しました。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 一点だけ難を言えば、私は歩行でふらつくことがあり、杖を使用していますが、旧市街に渡る橋が歩道がとても狭く危険を感じました。旧市街までの無料送迎（橋の向こう側に送ってくれるだけでもよい）等があればもっと良かったと思います。"

"Muy bien servicio excelente desayuno y la ubicación perfecta."

"It felt quiet and peaceful and the outdoor pool was lovely for a swim to cool down. View from balcony was excellent. Room was spacious and well thought out. Hotel was clean throughout. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Really enjoyed our stay."
