"Nice accommodations. Clean and modern. Well located. Staff is a bit weird as it is obvious that they cater to westerners, which makes for a very boring resort experience. Elevators are extremely slow and a separate service elevator is desperately needed, as you may find yourself face to face with a dripping mop and a blaring radio during your ride in the lift."

"Super friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast steals the show. The cook, at the ready, preparing your eggs just the way you want them. The wait staff quickly preparing the just vacated table for the next guest is a sight to see. The variety of food could cause a person to stay an extra day. The pool was a delightful and refreshing oasis for cooling down after sightseeing in the heat of the day. My bonus was having a window view of Cau Rong, the Dragon Bridge. Whether day or night, the view had my full attention."

However, the maintenance of the gym and pool can be improved in which the treadmill didn’t work at the time and dusts were on many equipment without any available towel to clean before or after. Will come back to stay and see if there are improvements on the amenities such as the gym."

"We love the location in front of river and nearby lots of eateries, dragon bridge and Han market. Lots of massage places. The breakfast buffet has good selections. The only downside was the mini fridge. We turned to coldest setting and it was cool only, not cold. Overall, we enjoyed it and will definitely be back."

"We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right. As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages."
