"We stayed in a suite and it was wonderful. The room was very large and had a nice design. The bed was large and comfortable. Multiple windows let in a lot of light with good views. The cafe in the lobby was charming and had good coffee. We would definitely stay there again."
"We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. "Absolutely amazing stay here. We had 17 of us. The staffs were friendly and professional. One of our member forgotten to close room safe. Housekeeping came, saw and had the office team came to monitor the room cleaning. There were two staff on site. They left a note and ensured the content were untouched.
Good selection for breakfast. A few fresh juices available at all times. A few live cooking station.
Location is excellent. Facing the Han River. Nice view of the bridge too. Nice way of going to bed and waking up to such view.

What stood out about my experience was the customer service from the ground floor staff especially. Mya and Lucie helped make our stay so convenient and put our mind at ease.
