The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Da Nang City. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop our luggage at the lobby before check‑in so we could enjoy the city without hassle. They were humble, helpful, and assisted with carrying our bags to the room. Our room was spacious, with a balcony offering a nice city view. Amenities were well‑provided, though the water pressure was a little low, which made showers take longer. Overall, it’s a cozy place to stay with excellent service and a convenient location—highly recommended for visitors to Da Nang.

My stay was this property was absolutely perfect! The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, the room was beautiful and the restaurant was delicious. It is in the heart of the city center so you definitely feel like you are in the mix. A special shout out to our concierge Lucie for being so helpful and so sweet! Also our driver Vu was the best!

We had the best experience, the hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly. We arrived early before our check in time, so they recommended a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant around the block. Then we had foot massages right next door to the hotel, with enough time to check in promptly at 2pm. The hotel also offers car services with prices comparable to Grab. We had a very nice experience!

There were many high quality features to this hotel, the room was very spacious with nice fittings and furniture. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had interesting and tasty items to choose from. The staff were also excellent, and I had especially good service from Lucie who had great English and provided a lot of helpful information about things to see and do around the hotel.

We travelled with my wife and seven other family members. The New Orient was great, location was central with many places to eat and shop, all in walking distance if you can handle the heat. the hotel bus was excellent and was available for all of our touring. The staff was excellent, I mean we can not say enough about the staff and all the help they gave us, I would recommend this hotel on the great staff alone! The breakfast was well worth it and we all left in the mornings well full. Hotel and rooms were immaculate, I do not know how old the hotel is but you could not tell from the appearance, very well taken care of. The location is by the river view and this was great for walking and if you want the river view and not the beach side location, I would definitely recommend this hotel, New orient, plus it was a little lower in cost than the beach side hotels as well, so worth it!

Everything was nice about this property but what stands out the most was our host and concierge Mya and Lucie who were very hospitable and warm since before we came to the property. From airport pick up until our last day, they took good care of us like family. I couldn’t give more praise for their service.

Feels like the best hotel in DaNang centre

Very reasonable price for the location, the level and quality of service, quality of food and beverage (especially since price includes breakfast) and the quality of the facilities and state of the property as it looks fairly new. For the price paid, feels like we were in a 4* hotel
