"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"Nice surprise. Very spacious. Beautiful gardens and scenery. Very close to airport. Even helped with transportation. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definetly recommend. We're going back for sure."
