Nossa janela dava para a coifa do restaurante ao lado, apenas do calor e cheiro que subiam as vezes, não foi muito incômodo. Não tivemos acesso ao rooftop das fotos e essa sala apresentada nas imagens também não existe. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel.
