Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group. The host was unresponsive from the beginning, leaving me feeling uncertain and uneasy about my upcoming stay. Despite my attempts to reach out, there was no communication whatsoever. Adding to the ordeal, VRBO's customer support proved to be unhelpful and unwilling to assist. "No nos quedamos en esa propiedad, tuvimos que irnos a los 20 minutos de llegar, hacia mucho frío y no había agua caliente ni calefacción, las calles para llegar son muy peligrosa y son montañas que el carro que rente no podía subir y la calles son muy estrecha. En esa montaña no hay un lugar donde comprar comida.. es un lugar que está muy alejado del centro y para llegar al lugar se pasa mucha trabajo !! Cancele desde que llegue y solo me hicieron un reembolso de $697 cuando la casa costó $1565 ...
