Very nice hotel. Super convenient to airport. Short walk indoors. Had very early breakfast starting at4:30 am which was great with our very early flight.

I had a 17 hour layover in Copenhagen and didn’t want to try to sleep in the airport. Luckily, I was able to book a room in this IHG property last minute. Although we got to the hotel room at an extremely late hour the staff was very friendly and hooked us up with a room on a high floor. We were able to settle in quickly and then utilized the city’s transit system to explore, returning to the hotel for a warm bed and shower.

Good for what it is. Crash place. Clean and perfect for that. Helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed at Coco Hotel for 5 nights during a solo trip. Always felt safe and comfortable in my room. I had a 3rd floor room facing the street which had pretty views and was only loud on Saturday night (lots of foot traffic and fireworks at nearby Tivoli) aside from the occasional scream from passersby. This location is downtown in Nyhavn, and is accessible from a Metro station. The hotel is updated and modern, and the rooms are clean. The lobby is spacious and worth spending time in (includes a lounge, bar, business center, and space where breakfast is served). Rooms are small, but not the smallest I've seen in Europe. Would recommend, would stay again.

We arrived a little after 6:00 p.m. The entrance door was locked, with a notice that guests with reservations arriving after 5:00 p.m. could find room keys in the mail box. We found an envelope with my name on it that contained the entrance and room key. We entered the hotel, and it was surreal. The beautiful and soothing public room was deserted. What is superb location with parking just to the side of the of the building. Super close and easily walking distance to plenty of shopping, dining, grocery store and pastry store options. Check-in was very smooth and quick. The Room was very well maintained with very tall ceilings, lots of windows and a large bathroom. Truly a magical stay. I don’t think I stopped smiling for my three days there. Gorgeous property with the friendliest staff, and everything we ate was amazing. Best breakfast I’ve ever had a hotel with countless local options. The grounds were pristine and the pools are stunning. Really can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely go back.

Everything was excellent. Best view ever! Waterfront spacious rooms. Highly recommended. When you are paying by credit card, make sure to select the option “Danish Krone”. If you select any other currency there will be a significant commission. Hotel does not warn about this detail.

Very nice location. Food was great. Nice to have s fan accessible and the room was very comfortable.

The reason I liked this property is because they were extremely responsive to emails. Like same day or within a few hours. They misquoted me on how much the reserved cab ride from the airport would be but I think that was more about the cabby taking the long way around and driving slow to drive up the price. I learned that the next day when another (reserved) cabby took me to the airport and half the price. But the staff is just lovely.
