We loved our stay at Residenza Pansa. Enza at the front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. The location was great and walking distance to everything. Our room was spacious and clean and the balcony was lovely. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Amalfi.

Amazing view from the terrace. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Gave us recommendations on where to visit and these were easily the best places in our trip around Amalfi.

Cute little hotel with very friendly staff. Much like every other hotel here there is lots of stairs to reach it. Staff were helpful and accommodating. We just wish we had a room with a view!

Residenza Pansa was in a convenient location, but was hard to find; google maps has a hard time with steps and alley-ways that are prevalent in Amalfi. It would be helpful if walking directions were provided for guests to assist in finding the hotel from the ferry/bus area. The room and staff were great and the small out-door terrace was nice too. The down-side of this property is that it is located right above the main road in town, so it is quite noisy.

Location is great, close to everything everywhere. But the hotel was very outdated like the many hotels in Amalfi area. Shower drainage was not workung well. Linens and towels smells bad.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the perfect location. It’s about 60 stairs up to get to the property, but the location is right off the bus station and it’s a block away from the cathedral and main dining area. The girls at the reception desk were incredibly helpful with coordinating dinners and activities for us. The bed is a little on the firm side but that is the only tiny detail that wasn’t perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Suzi at the front desk went out of her way to be sure we had an amazing stay! Be sure you call ahead for the porter service to help with your luggage, as there are two long flights of stairs to get to the room. Best location by far! We were steps from everything, but enjoyed peace and quiet in our room with an amazing view!

The location is great albeit a bit busy as the property is in the centre of Amalfi. The bed was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. My problem with this stay was an overall lack of cleanliness. The floor was very dirty and the shower was covered in mould. We still had a great time but the dirtiness was quite off putting.

Great place and location. They arranged valet parking with a locale garage who met us in the square. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Lovely little balcony. Only downside is no extractor fan in the bathroom. If you have accessibility issues the stairs to the hotel may be difficult, however so will Amalfi as a whole.

Ett ganska litet, men trevligt rum mitt i centrala Amalfi. Hördes väldigt lite oljud, trots det centrala läget. En del trappsteg upp till boendet, men man får gratis hjälp med väskorna.

Hôtel charmant avec un excellent accueil et il est bien situé à 1 minute de la place de la cathédrale. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse vue sur mer (bleu sur photo) qui était très confortable. La communication avant d’arrivé pour nous organisé était parfaite et la proposition du parking privé avec un voiturier qui nous a attendu sur la place principale devant la mer et nous a rapporte notre voiture le lendemain est excellent. Pour info, ils ont un partenariat (remise) avec un bar/cafeteria/restaurant face à la cathédrale. Moins 30% sur le petit déjeuner au soleil face cathédrale c’est aussi un plus. A retenir : excellent accueil et très bon petit hôtel

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in den kleinen Gässchen. Der Parkservice vom Hafen aus hat super funktioniert. Die jungen Frauen an der Rezeption konnten gut Englisch und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist top eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist toll. Absolut klasse war das Frühstück im zum Hotel gehörenden Bistro am Domplatz. Insgesamt trotz des etwas höheren Preises absolut für Amalfi zu empfehlen.
