"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. We liked this place. Parking was outside the piazza (about 10 minutes walk) but secure, spacious and easy access (with lift) to the square."

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Pieve. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 teens (age 13-17) The house is great, lots of space. Well equipped kitchen, with lots of bigs pans, serving dishes etc making it easy to cater for a large group. The pool, hammocks and large garden means there is space for everyone. There is a small supermarket 3 mins away , with other, larger ones within 20 mins. Michele is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. He cleans the pool every few days. He is always happy to answer questions and give advice. He helped us book restaurant reservations. We would love to return another year. "

"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower. The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. Breakfast was good and the service was pleasant. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We did not use any of the spa facilities. "

I have been to over 60 countries and uncountable hotels, however, this I will never forget and is on the top of my list. Rooms and super clean and has everything. Don't miss it out!!!"

"Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"

"Very beautiful place in the middle of a small, warm, green village. We had the privilege of experiencing the autumn festival and the chestnut harvest. The room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool and the terrace offer a pleasant complement. Breakfast was perfect. A few kilometers by car from the mountains and attractions of Ascoli Piceno and Castelluccio di Norcia. "
