"Very basic hotel.
Pros - it had the right amount of beds, shower with hot water, mini fridge, AC, balcony, pool and small breakfast included.
Cons - no elevator, very small bathroom, low water pressure in the shower, linens were stained and dingy, no safe, no hair dryer, no clothes iron, the pool is open 24 hours so, it gets very noisy even at night with music until 9 pm.
Things hotel could do to improve is - better cleaning, install safe, hair dryer, new linens, more options at breakfast,...

"Eu esperava mais, por ser um "hotel spa" e pelo valor da diária...
Tem serviço de massagem (terceirizado) com agendamento prévio e pagamento a parte.
A sauna estava desativada.
A piscina não estava aquecida e como fui no inverno estava friozinho, quando fomos usar a piscina uma funcionária falou que ia pedir pra ligarem o aquecimento, que haviam esquecido... E que a sauna estava desativada...
A pia do banheiro acumulava água e demorava a escoar quando usávamos. A torneira de água quente...

"A suíte do Rangel é limpa, aconchegante. Porém alguns pontos precisam ser ditos:
1 - o colchão MUITO desconfortável
2 - Para quem não quiser ou não puder pagar as refeições do hotel, não tem onde fritar um ovo no quarto pois não tem cozinha, mas isso já sabíamos, apenas um ponto de melhoria;
3 - Gente, já fiquei lá no hotel outras vezes e o wi-fi foi excelente, porém desta vez, foi TERRÍVEL!!! O Rangel informou que por ser zona rural o wi-fi não pegava bem, porém estranhamente o da recepção do...
