"The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. The only minor issue is its location. It is located in the middle of vineyards with stunning views. However, the road to the hotel is very narrow and winding, with only enough space for one car. We had problems on several occasions finding the access road. Once we were familiar with the surroundings it was no problem. There are also limited dining options nearby (the hotel provides dinner, though, but no lunch) so a car is an absolute necessity. Still, I would recommend this hotel for the friendly staff, the great wines on offer, and the amazing views. "

"Absolutely beautiful location close to the river and surrounded by spectacular vineyards and soaring mountains. Gorgeous vistas, flowers and birds everywhere and a truly lovely restaurant. Room was beautifully appointed. Extremely restful"

"Beautiful property and amazing staff. The weather was a bit rainy but it was still very beautiful and the indoor pool was amazing. You do need to wear a swim cap for the indoor pool though. Good breakfast as well"
