Whether traveling through Amarillo or wanting (or needing!) to spend a bit of time in the Texas Panhandle, this Amarillo townhouse is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house.
The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival.
The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu.
The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing.
The driveway has a basketball net and space to play.
We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood.
This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time.

The house was so clean, She had a few snacks for us before we got there.p We enjoyed our stay so much. The beds were wonderful, and the towels were fluffy. This is where we will stay from now on when we pass through again.

Family Weekend Stay

We had a great stay! We went to spend time with our colleges kiddo for family weekend at WT. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great homey feeling. Checking in and out was super easy and the location is in a great area.

Clean property

Fall Getaway

Elisia was the best host!! PERFECT house for us. She also allowed us to bring our 10 lb. papallion dog, which was a huge plus for us since we don't go anywhere without him. The house was very warm and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

We came for a weekend getaway as a family to enjoy Palo Duro canyon. We had a great time at the canyon but also resting at this home. It was clean, plenty of space for a family of 5, well outfitted kitchen, and easy to communicate with the property manager. We also enjoyed a game of basketball as a family. Definitely recommend this host!

Awesome Property

This property is wonderful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Being able to park our car in a garage was definitely a big plus.We only stayed one night because this was a stop on a longer trip, but we’d definitely stay here again.

Amarillo gem

This place is great. We've stayed here 2x in the last 3 months or so. Both times were exactly as advertised. Very comfortable both when we had my family of 4 as well as when we had my in-laws with us for 6 people. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Amarillo.
