"We originally reserved this lovely room for 2 nights. Sadly, our flight was canceled and we were stranded in Montenegro. The flight the next morning was delayed, so we didn't arrive at COCO-MAT until afternoon. However, the helpfulness of the staff did much to alleviate our stress and disappointment. They went above and beyond expectations. The location is perfect. We had reserved tickets to the nearby, but, of course, we missed the timed entry due to the flight cancellation. When we decided to try to purchase replacement tickets that afternoon, it was raining quite hard. The staff loaned us umbrellas, which was so helpful. While we were at the Acropolis, I got an email telling us that the airline had moved up our flight the next morning 2 1/2 hours earlier. That would have required us to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to travel to the airport. We were quite distraught. However, Fillippos, who worked at the front desk helped us cancel our flight and helped book us passage by Ferry to Milos. He was incredibly helpful. "
