My family only stayed here one night after leaving Michigan Adventure's en route to Sleeping Bear Dunes. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm face. I was asked a few times if i enjoyed my room (not annoyingly). The rooms were very nice and clean. The sheets and bed were comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated but the toiletries were nice. Great little cabin and comfortable! This cabin is very accessible. The post office, library, fire department and a church are very close. The grocery store is also close by.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The Cartier Mansion is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The owners were very friendly and so much fun to chat with at breakfast.
The only think we would have changed is we wish we had reserved the front room which is attached to the upstairs balcony. But the room we were in was great and we loved our stay.

The breakfasts were delicious and very nicely presented by Bob and Ellen. We stayed in the skylight room. The room is very nicely appointed but it is rather small. It's the smallest room in the house. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ludington.
