Hated my experience there, rude receptionist, unclean bed covers and stinky rooms. Morning breakfast staff were polite and nice but when the face of entry to hotel is worst then no amount of service seems exciting.

Comfortable room and nice staff. Food was very good, they had a buffet with a variety of different curries and you could also order from the menu for those that were not keen on curry so catered for all. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling in this area

Most of it is fine, but it needs a bit of renovation for sure in some areas. Staff weren't very responsive to my messages before staying there. Food wasn't as good compared to the smaller hotels / homestays I stayed in during my trip in Kerala. The rooms are quiet and spacious though.

Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests.

Pathetic experience at Ramada Rooms were poorly maintained and bathroom was a disaster. Service levels are non existent at this Ramada Please avoid!!!!! Waste of money
