"This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "

"We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was honestly my favorite part about the whole experience. The nicest people I’ve ever met honestly. Nightly entertainment 10/10, with the shows and live music and then the disco after. We made reservations for the Japanese restaurant and it was very nice too. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the drinks, they were kinda watered down and needed more alcohol. But other than that 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back "

"The house has potential but it needs overall cleaning and maintenance. The house was dirty, the countertop looked like they had been wiped but not cleaned due to having oil and old food stuck. The cutting board was not even washed, it had dry onion pieces. The showers had a lot of calcium buildup and 2 out of 3 shower had very poor water pressure. There is no hot water (which i dont really mind but was expecting) at least one of the bedroom doors upstairs was permanently locked and since we were unaware we closed the door. Good thing we had left one of the windows open and we were able to enter to open the door from the inside. The house caretaker lives at the house/pool house permanently. We were thankful of him since he brought us food, beer, lent us a speaker and showed us were the store was. The refrigerator leaked and barely got cold, we complained on day 2/3 and the caretaker changed it that same day. He was apologetic for the state of the house but we assumed that it was his job to clean and care for the house? The pool was very green with algae which we didn't notice until we came out and saw that we had removed the algae from the places we were sitting. We were only able to stay on the pool steps because the pool is very deep and it was also overfilled. The property is in a gated community with bars, restaurants, stores etc. with a beautiful view. "
