"I was very surprised as this hotel far exceeded my expectations being a smaller city I was expecting the worst. Even though pics are digital on the website the rooms are exactly like that. Clean updated and staff is very friendly. I accidentally broke two mugs in the room while there but they were very professional about it and didn’t charge me. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, and every detail was handled professionally. Highly recommend Orchid Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable experience. Will definitely come back again!"

"Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place."

"Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room felt completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. I stayed for less than 30 minutes before leaving because it was that bad. I went to Orchid down the road instead, which was a much better hotel and experience. Regenta was a huge disappointment and I would absolutely not recommend staying here."
