My daughter and I stayed at Villa Mary while visiting the Loire Valley. The location in Amboise is perfect and Mary does a wonderful job of making sure you are happy and comfortable. Everything was great, extremely clean, and easy. There was plenty of free on street parking. I can’t wait to return!

Charming hotel in Amboise. You can walk around town and this is a great home base for touring the Loire valley. There is an amazing restaurant right across the street for real foodies/chefs only. (a locals secret which I am happy to share.)

We stayed 15 days in France and this was our favorite hotel.. Room was exceptional staff was fantastic with excellent Wifi and Free Parking.We just loved this hotel. This is 5 stars plus.. Now the downside.. The Parking is horrible. You need to almost be a stunt driver to even get into the gate of the hotel. A sub compact barely fits. I suggest they somehow expand the parking so the cars easily fit into the gate and lot.

It's like staying at a close friend's home, or your favorite aunt's. Comfortable, friendly and homey. Close to everything you want to see, yet in a residential neighborhood so you get a feel for living in Amboise.

Elegant, clean, exquisite, and unbelievably beautiful-right on the Loire River and under an actual castle. The staff was incredibly attentive. Hakim was wonderful and offered ideas for favorite sights in Amboise. Valet parking. The restaurants were about a 10 minute walk. It is notable that the walk to and from the active restaurant area is very dark, unlit, at night. The ONLY issue. It was a fairy tail visit.

Peaceful and centrally located!

Loved La Petitie Vigne. A beautiful, classically and lovingly set up Bed and Breakfast in central Amboise within walking distance of everything. Very nice breakfast served to us in a lovely dining room by a friendly employee. Unfortunately, the owner and usual hostess was not home-we were met by her son who gave us our key and introduced us to our room and the property. We never saw the rumored cats and they did not bother us. We would love to stay again!

The hotel staff were just wonderful with securing taxis and helping with tickets. Also made sure I was served a late breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Loire Valley. It was well located for daily trips and a quiet spot for enjoying the country. Front desk very helpful.

All was okay

Very nice property in the outskirts of Amboise. You´ll need a car or taxi to get to the center, but we had a car, so it was very convenient, just 10´ away from city center. Nice, clean, big rooms, nice reception staff ready to help.

Good location, delicious complimentary breakfast with freshly baked lemon loaf one morning, assortment of fruit, cheese, breads, pastries. Appreciated the AC and clean room. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Stairs only, no elevator. Close walk to chateau amboise and chateau du clos. Would stay again.

good location n price

We rented a room at the last minute for a low price. This is not a typical hotel. We learned that we had been expected to bring our own linen, and we would [will?] be charged a cleaning fee if the room is not clean enough. Massive space for cost. This is an event cluster of apartments, and the management is not quite set up for smooth per diem rentals. All things considered, a pleasant stay and we navigated the lack of short term rental support.

I had stayed here about 20 years ago. This time we stayed in on of the petit rooms which was more than adequate for the two of us. The staff was very accommodating with helping with dinner reservations since the chateau was totally booked for the next two nights. We had great Dionne's in Amboise. A table opened up due to a cancelation our second night. We had an excellent dinner with very attentive service.
