"La propreté de l’hôtel était impeccable et le personnel très gentil. Cependant, le lit est royalement inconfortable (beaucoup trop dur). Lorsque nous avons demandé s’il y avait quelque chose à faire, au lieu d’ajouter quelque chose de moelleux, l’hôtel a plutôt retiré la couette de sa housse. Nous avons donc pris nous-mêmes la seconde couette du garde-robe pour la mettre sous le drap contour afin d’avoir un minimum de confort. La terrasse sur le toit et la piscine sont incroyables également."

"The hotel is located within a shopping mall the parking is shared with the mall but a discount is applied to the parking fee if you’re staying at the hotel. If you’re looking to see places like the aquarium and shop around in the mall this is the one for you."

"Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis cost around €16. All in all the hotel was good, and we would stay again"

"The hotel was wonderful and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful in allowing us to experience Valencia and feel very comfortable. I wish the pool was heated but other than that everything else was amazing. We loved that the hotel had bicycles to rent and are 8 days was magical."

"The hotel was excellently positioned for beach and local restaurants. Both Francesca and Sara the reception managers were excellent and a credit to the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. A pleasant walk from the hotel took you to the long city park, once the main river. This takes you through good parkland through to El Carmen and all the sites of the old town. Great restaurant in the hotel, again with friendly staff."

"The room had a horrible smell that couldn’t be aired out. The carpet hurt to walk on, overall felt run down. When we left, the front desk worker was a bit huffy with us because we left our keys in the room (in the US, we are used to that practice so could be on us). The surrounding area to the hotel is not crazy clean either, the strip overall is crazy noisy! Fireworks and loud music until 3 am at least. If you need to stay in the area, the beds are clean and get you through the night. Everything else, I wouldn’t stay."
