"The overall stay was not as good as my other stays at this hotel, as the hotel was under renovations, was not aware when i booked.The spa was nice still, but as it was a break to recuperate after some broken ribs, the room opposite was been renovated and the noise was loud from corridor and drilling outside my window,this was not restful, didnt complain as i have been many times, just wished i was notified could off made my decision, or when checking in they could of said works was been done on the oppersite side of me The staff were all good, spa was good, and food was ok, no relaxing areas to sit in as works were happing apart from the cold area near the entrance, I was told once the works are done it will be a good hotel to stay in lets hope so, as it kind of spoilt my two days of rest. I would ask next time if any works are been done when booking next time, the reception manager was kind and said when booking again to call him and he would arrange a beter stay."

"It was a quick business trip, so no time to use the facilities. The room was indeed snug but perfectly adequate for one night. The lighting is very low, so difficult to put make up on etc. great iron, hairdryer etc. The main issue was the bathroom, which smelt mouldy, which was very disappointing. "

"Absolutely everything. Evening meal, service and staff were excellent. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The room was amazing, not in the main building itself but you couldn’t expect more. Countryside views. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend. "

"Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. A few snags one main light wasn’t working and the tv didn’t work. WiFi was not the best which meant I couldn’t do any work but other than that it was fine. "

"The room was cool and the bed comfortable. Nice towels It’s more basic than a Travel Lodge, loud plumbing, slightly loose light fittings, no reading light switch separate to the over head light. Paper thin walls. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and ambience warm. "

"Lovely flat in a wonderfully convenient location! It was such a pleasure to come back to Chorleywood and not have to have a car. The flat had everything my children and I needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and the thoughtfully placed blankets made snuggling on the sofa so easy. And now I think I need underfloor heating for my bathroom at home! Highly recommend and thank you Caroline."

"Amersham was wonderful and apartment central to it. Only issue was one set of keys to the three doors required for entry...inconvenient with 4 people. Otherwise clean and comfortable and everything we were looking for"
