I recently stayed at Microtel, and while the service was generally good, I encountered some issues during my stay. The main problem was the front desk availability. I wanted to extend my stay, but every time I passed the front desk, no one was there to assist me. This made the process frustrating and inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff I did interact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was acceptable, but the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see a bit more variety in the future. The hotel location makes it easy to get where I needed to go, as it was close to the highway and main roads. Overall, my stay was decent, but the lack of front desk presence and the limited breakfast options were disappointing.

I was really impressed with your overnight staff. We didn't check in until around 1:30 am. and your staff was wonderful! They were very quick at checking me in and when I left my drivers liscense at the desk, they went out of their way to get it back to me. I really appreciate that. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Front lobby nice. Mostly clean. Property needs significant updates to outside of building as well as several of the indoor common areas and entryways/exits. Lawncare very poor. Overflowing trash bins. Overall, very poor curb appeal.
