"Rooms are spacious and clean.Free Breakfast was appreciated and staff very friendly. If I could change anything I'd put a mirror near wi dow for natural lighting. Putting on makeup for important occasions in a dark room was ideal. It might sound silly but if you know, you know. ; )"
"A friend and I were able to get adjoining rooms, with her in an accessible one. It worked out so well and the hotel was very accommodating for us. Complaint about fellow travelers: leaving the luggage cart outside in the a.m. at a point where they cannot be seen from a doorway is extremely inconsiderate. The hotel is not to blame that I had to push both carts in from half way around bldg."
"This was my first TRU stay. It was awesome. I may not go back to Hampton Inns. We did have one issue with our A/C and they immediately offered to move us. Excellent customer service. "
