We wanted to walk to the Amiens Cathedral, and this location was perfect, with a top floor room with a view of the cathedral itself and with earshot of the bells. A fantastic stay.

Anyone fancy a cold shower every day!!

Having stayed at hotels all over the world, this is the first time I have stayed in a highly rated hotel where there is no hot water provided to the room. Three days into a 4 day stay and they still cannot provide hot water. Not great having a cold shower in winter time!! The hotel does not seem to be doing anything to resolve the issue despite them saying day after day that it has been sorted out. I am not isolated in this issue as all 6 collegaues booked into the hotel have the same problem.

Je suis déçu que les photos ne correspondent pas à la chambre que j’ai eu, hôtel qui a bien besoin d’être entretenu et rénové, ma chambre vue cathédrale il n’y a que la vue car pas de balcon juste un petit carré sur une terrasse en bois des abimés limite dangereux, nos savons était vide dans la salle de bain pas de pression dans la douche wc mal entretenue tout jaune comme la brosse pour un 4 étoiles et a plus de 200€ là nuit je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux. Le tapis à l’accueil mériterai d’être changé et les fleurs devant l’hôtel toutes sèche et morte pourrait être changé aussi cela fera déjà plus gay car la façade est fatigué. Le petit déjeuner etait était excellent, le personnel agréable et souriant, l’hôtel est très bien situé dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de parking

Comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. Close to the cathedral and walkable from both the train station and to the centre of town. Of note, the service at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and helpful (even with the odd request of helping fix a gift bag that had come unstuck, helping with access to the room slightly early, and in knowledgeable advice and recommendations for the area. The cafe opposite is also recommended by a friend who lives near Amiens, and the florist along the road into town is also to be highly recommended.
