The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and woodburning stove. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of three king-sizes, one of which is a zip/link, and two of which have en-suite shower rooms, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed private patio with seating and hot tub, along with designated parking for one car, and an overflow car park. Please note: Strictly no use of hot tub after 10pm. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.3 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Choose Bell House for the ultimate romantic stay in Anglesey. Note: Guests have access to an outbuilding providing a gym, laundry facilities and a boot/drying room and secure bike storage.

Take a tour around Llechwedd Slate Cavern, enjoy a ride on the famous Ffestiniog Railway or simply take some time to admire the stunning mountainous views available from all aspects. With excellent walking, mountain biking and cycling, wonderful sandy beaches, great fishing, a wealth of delightful towns and villages scattered throughout the area, Zip World, Bounce Below and the beautiful Vale of Ffestiniog and Cynfal Waterfalls to the west, this lovely location has something for everyone, at any time of year!
