"Hotel room decor was just a little tired and the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room had not been re-stocked so we only had 1 teabag for 3 people when we arrived. Also the sachets of instant coffee provided are cheap and nasty. The bathroom sink was partially blocked-it was very slow to drain."

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we needed to get 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great but the other was road facing and quite noisy early in the morning. Overall, a great stay."

"Staff were brilliant in all areas. I could not get into my car as someone parked too close and as I have a back problem, one of the staff got in from the passenger side and got the car out. All staff were brilliant. One suggestion - as vehicle parking is not controlled by the hotel, they do not know the car numbers of the guests and there is no way to find out whose car it is. Please tell all hotels to take the vehicle number as it will be very useful in a situation like this "
