"My overall experience was quite positive with the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and they upgraded my room aftera small issue was discovered after checking int. By the way, I booked a city view room, but I was given a lake view (along with construction view on going right now), but I was moved to another room, so no issues with the room. The only drawback was the location of the hotel sitting on a permanently closed mall in the middle of residential area/cnstruction zone, hence NO place...

"Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt.
