"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"Fantastic stay at ChĂąteau de Berne. The staff went above and beyond from check-in to check-out, the amenities were top-notch, and the on-site activities made it unforgettable. Mountain biking through the vineyard and wine safari were truly amazing as well as the dinner at the property's restaurant Le Jardin. Looking forward to coming back!"
