"Easy to locate. "

"While others were right saying you would be pushed onto Concierge after check in to sign up for the presentation, I simply said "I kindly decline" and was never asked again or even pushed with follow-up questions. I felt zero pressure to sign up or attend anything. The staff was exceptionally kind and very helpful even though we would not be attending any presentation. With that being said, the property is nice but our room was VERY outdated. Cabinets were sticky and unclean, my feet/socks were BLACK from the floors, overall the cleanliness was not great but honest $200 for 3 nights I wont complain too much, I have paid more for worse. We did not use any of the amenities but they looked nice! All in all we would come back if we needed a quick/cheap place to stay. I cant imagine someone paying for this in a "time share" resort style set up because those prices are not worth it. "

"The property was very well maintained, staff was pleasant and kind. The area had plenty for a tourist to do. Only drawbacks were there was no breakfast/ snacks offered and no transportation to nearby events, however, it was pretty easy getting around by vehicle. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel, good quality for reasonable price."

"The unit we stayed in was older but mostly clean. However, the outside was not as the neighboring unit was under construction with sawdust, saws, and other construction equipment laying all around. When checking in, the process started well but the sales pitch for the timeshare presentation was not fully disclosed and felt like a trap. The final process of the presentation was met with hostility and left a negative experience for our stay. "
