"The property was very well maintained, staff was pleasant and kind. The area had plenty for a tourist to do. Only drawbacks were there was no breakfast/ snacks offered and no transportation to nearby events, however, it was pretty easy getting around by vehicle. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel, good quality for reasonable price."

"Regrettably, our stay at Best Western has been marred by a series of unfortunate events. Bedbugs plagued our room, necessitating an early departure from the premises. This experience has left us uncomfortable and has led us to reconsider our future reservations at Best Western. We have several marks all over our body from the bed bugs. While looking for bedbugs, we took the sheets off and we found a gigantic stain on the mattress as well, completely unacceptable.This is by far the first experience for us to be in this situation. The hotel comped our state due to this unfortunate incidents."

"The unit we stayed in was older but mostly clean. However, the outside was not as the neighboring unit was under construction with sawdust, saws, and other construction equipment laying all around. When checking in, the process started well but the sales pitch for the timeshare presentation was not fully disclosed and felt like a trap. The final process of the presentation was met with hostility and left a negative experience for our stay. "
