I checked in and the location close to the airport however their cleaning products I was highly allergic to. I got dizzy and had to step out the room and leave the door opened until housekeeping came and sprayed something else not citrus. However the worst part and I left and came back late and still the smell was there makes sense as they use the products on a daily. I texted the hotel and explained the issues and they brought someone but I also was lucky to find someone in the hallway when I was about to pass out. He was the one who told me to just open the door and leave open. I wanted partial payment as I didn’t stay long in there and when I left right away I told them if they can spray again the room as it needed more. When I came back around 1-2 am the room was still with the smell not as potent but still there. I was asking for them to help and then I had to wake up anyway at 5 so I left right away and told the girl and she just bowed her head not sure if she understood my issues. I asked for a partial refund, but nothing. I guess for location it’s perfect from the airport, however for the services no. The housekeeper was so nervous for me so I appreciate her help.
