The hotel is great! Everything was clean, we were able to get to our room early for an extra fee but we were grateful for that since we were on a bus the night before for 7 hours from Paris to Amsterdam! It is well located ! I recommend this stay
Room was clean but a couple of areas that were a bit worn especially on the walls. Bathroom was great, coffee and tea available if needed. We ate in the city so can’t rate the food but the vending machines were reasonable for a late night sugar fix. Not too far from the tram stop and we felt it was very peaceful
This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having coffee available in the room was a nice touch and much appreciated.
The lobby was another highlight, with a large and comfortable seating area where guests could relax. The complimentary coffee drinks created a welcoming atmosphere, and the pizza kiosk served delicious pizza that was perfect for a quick meal.
Overall, the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Everything was well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The hotel was well situated mid way between airport and city centre. Had good access. Rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice bar and coffee facilities etc. A few supermarkets and cafe/ restaurants nearby.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and absolutely amazing pizza vending machine on site 😂
Room was clean and had comfortable beds. Easy and walkble to restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very helpful. It has to be noted that the property was at least 7 minutes walk from the No. 2 tram stop, when travelling from Amsterdam Centrall station.
Staff were super helpful. Room was perfect for what we wanted- was further away from town than expected but so easy to get to centre on the tram!
Everything was clean and staff so welcoming!

Staff was very good and helpful when we checked in.
Great safe clean centrally located hotel. Not a quaint little local charming suite but a regular block of a hotel with clean rooms & a safe quiet place to sleep. We had 3 tiny single beds with tiny blankets lol vs one bed between the two of us, but we managed. Room was a bit warm but had plug in fans to use. Instant coffee & tea & kettle in room as well. The hotel lobby had pizza, coffee & ice cream vending machines. Fantastic restaurants near by! 1. Cedars: Lebanese Restaurant 2. Lokaal van de Stad: amazing Pub 3. Benji’s: awesome cafe
The building lacks maintenance. The exterior is unkept. Homeless people wander onsite and dig through garbages and ashtrays. The staff is friendly. The area of the hotel is not the best. Our uber driver describes it as ‘iffy’. The room was clean. The shower temperature fluctuates while using it.
The hotel was accessible to many public transportation options which was great. The only drawback that I would say is that the room could have been more cleaner. There was some dust in the beds which was not cleaned may be. from the previous stay. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were generally good: bar (limited opening hours), gym, vending machines etc. We had a triple room, the beds had very soft mattresses resulting in us sinking into our beds. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice addition.
The wet room wasn’t great, with a poor layout resulting in one side of the toilet becoming wet after the shower was used. The upkeep was poor with the towel rail very loose on the wall feeling as though it would fall off if more than one towel was hung on it, and the sink’s mixer tap not fitted to the sink allowing water to leak around its base to the floor.
The area around the hotel is a strange mixture of rundown and dirty alongside some new buildings. Homeless people hanging around the neighbouring streets asking for money or cigarettes. The hotel is convenient for the number 2 tram to get into central Amsterdam in about 15-20 mins. It is a 5 mins walk to Lidl or Albert Heijn grocery stores.
The stay was ok for our short budget trip to Amsterdam but I wouldn’t recommend it for any one travelling with a young family.
