The hotel in the spa were amazing. I have no complaints about the hotel. However, we ate in the restaurant on a Friday night at dinner time and there was a DJ playing extraordinary loud music. We mentioned it to the staff and they provided no solution. It was difficult to have a conversation. The food was fine. But if you’re looking for a quiet dinner, look elsewhere.

Everything was great, I have a comment regarding the rules at the spa and fitness place, I saw kids under age at the gym. And in the spa people not wearing sandals I was told I had to buy sandals to be able to get in. I spoke with the lady at reception about not everyone is following the rules. Also the sandals they sell are overpriced.

This is a beautiful hotel about a 15 minute Uber ride (don't take a cab! The guy totally ripped us off charging $101 U.S.) The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. The spa was a great addition! Plenty of saunas, steam rooms, a pool, etc. The Caribbean-themed restaurant was ok but very loud on the Saturday night we were there. It was very hard to hear each other over the DJ's music, which they wouldn't turn down. They also could only make drinks listed on the menu. Breakfast in the same room was also just okay but full of options. We'd stay there again for the amenities and great rooms.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous - my room had everything I needed and anything I didn’t have they were happy to provide. All the staff were extremely helpful and I’d like to thank Victor and Sasha in particular as they checked me in (sorry if I misspelled your names!). The little 24/7 shop they have in the hotel was perfect and very handy after I got back from the Harry Styles concert and needed some snacks. There are bus, tram and metro stops all within a couple minutes walk and made it so easy to get around - it was about 30 minutes to the airport and about 30 minutes to the city centre. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking. Thank you so much :)

The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and as we had a group trip they put our rooms all next to each other. The location is great, not in the city centre but reachable by public transport. Their bar is very good as well. I definitely recommend and would be happy in coming back.
