The staff were able to answer most of my questions and I had everything I needed in the room. My only complaint is the cost compared to the room and amenities. I think I will book with less time ahead next time and try to contact the hotel directly.

Booked room for three women. Very small room, which is normal, but nowhere to hang wet towels or anywhere to put suitcases. Mattresses were not great. My sister and I were literally falling off them in the night. There was jack hammering outside our windows till 11 pm and then dismantling of scaffolding early the next morning. Not the hotels fault, of course. I just wish these hotels would install some hooks and towel racks. I would love to re-use towels, but can’t. Also, no restaurants nearby.

Conveniently located in the museum quarter area of Amsterdam. All touristy locations are within walking distance from this hotel. Staff was informative and helpful.

I was travelling solo and found the hotel convenient with everything you need, close to everything in a very nice area. I rented a bike from the hotel to get around. The staff were excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was very accommodating. It is a 3-star hotel without a/c. We needed a/c for medical reasons, so we left, and they refunded the 1/2 of the stay even though it was a non-refundable reservation.

Location was great. Close to public transportation and important sights to see.very upscale neighborhood. Staff didn't have recommendations where to eat breakfast which called us but otherwise we're very helpful. We would recommend our friends to stay there.
