They were accommodating and helpful. However the doors were very thin and you could hear everything from the people outside, to doors closing, and the cars and motorcyles on the streets. I had checked in early after a long day of travel and was resting when someone unlocked my door and was about to come in and then shut it when I woke up. Staff at front desk said it was a housekeeper, but as a solo female traveler, it made me feel a bit uneasy. I thought I was getting a bathtub, so picture are misleading, place is small and the shower doesn't have a door and water goes all over the place. Location was close to shopping and food. Overall was okay.

One thing that was disappointing was that all the power on our room went out about midnight. My husband went down to ask for help and the desk clerk wasn’t very pleased. A breaker had switched off in a panel not located in our room. Others, the hotel is quiet and clean.

Insgesamt auf den ersten Blick sehr schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Auf den zweiten Blick gibt es aber kleine Macken und Einrichtung und Gesamtzustand wirken abgewohnt (mal mehr, mal weniger). Aber an der Sauberkeit ist nichts zu beanstanden und auch die Zimmergrösse ist sehr gut.

Prima en ruime kamers, schoon. Bedden slapen prima. Schoonmaak staat wel al bij je kamer om 11 uur.. terwijl uitcheck tijd 12 uur is. Bij aankomst betaal je een borg van 75 euro per kamer. Dit krijg je terug als je weggaat. Mits je iets uit de minibar eet of drinkt. Dat word hiermee verekend dan. Ontbijt was opzich prima.. Croissant daarin tegen waren niet helemaal goed afgebakken ( leken wel uit de supermarkt te komen).

Everything about the hotel was good — clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. However, transportation is not very convenient, and there’s no laundry service or washing machine available, which was a bit inconvenient.

We chose Hotel Twenty-Three because it was near Schiphol airport and the price. There were only 14 Expedia reviews when we booked, which suggests it’s a new enterprise. We were delighted to find the hotel was in a town and not on a commercial strip; there were restaurants a short walk away. Our room was large, as was the bed, which was the most comfortable of the hotel beds we encountered on this trip. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, it was quiet, parking was easy, and the breakfast had a good array of options. Because it’s new, there are still some things to work out, mainly in the bathroom: lighting is terrible and tissues, a waste basket and hooks to hangs things on would be of use. Overall, a very good hotel.

Prima service!

Bij aankomst uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Kregen een upgrade qua kamer maar gaven toch de voorkeur aan een andere kamer. Werd zonder probleem gewisseld. Midden in de nacht ging het brandalarm af. Iedereen uit de kamers. Werden beneden opgevangen en kregen wat te drinken. Na thuiskomst een mail met het aanbod om een deel van de overnachting te vergoeden. Netjes!

De klimaatbeheersing was erg luid en is eigelijk bij koud of zeer warm weer geen optie om deze gedurende de nacht uit te zetten. De kamer wordt zeer koud of veel te warm om prettig te kunnen slapen. Verder keurig hotel, goed bed en nette badkamer. Er waren geen TV zenders beschikbaar.
