Location is super perfect

The location is perfect. Everything is just a few steps away. It's in the center of everything. Staff members are very amiable and go above and beyond in their service.. The absence of air conditioning in the room is the only drawback.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms have a modern elegant feel. Being greeted by friendly staff and a glass of bubbles was a treat. We tried to drive to the hotel.., you can’t. In fact I wouldn’t recommend taking a vehicle into the historic centre of Amsterdam at all!

Amazing

Beautiful hotel- the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. A glass of cava on arrival was a lovely touch also. Location is just off Dam square in a lovely street. Some noise at night time, but to be expected in central Amsterdam. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
