The Dylan is a small, family owned boutique hotel with the friendliest most helpful staff ever. If you travel to Amsterdam their concierge service is invaluable. The Vinkeles restaurant is a two star Michelin awarded restaurant and an experience not to miss. This hotel wants to serve and treats you like family.

Truly a 5 star experience. So convenient to sights, shops ans restaurants on the Canal Ring and an especially helpful front desk staff. We had a room in the newer adjacent building (they are connected) and were pleasantly surprised to have a lovely sitting room with the bedroom in an upstairs loft. It had elegant decor and was very comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant but had a drink in the bar which was beautiful. would definitely stay again and plan to look into their other properties.

The price is worth every dime. The location in old city is close to all the museums, fun restaurants and a great quite neighborhood. Very charming outdoor space, beautiful bar and restaurant. Hotel staff beyond help full with things to do, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and the bath was large and very spa like with the double rain shower/ hand held, tile, mirror lighting (a huge plus) and super large freestanding soaking tub.

The hotel staff is top notch and the property is in excellent condition. We had a dinner meal at their top restaurant that was one of the best ever. My wife had a six course chef vegetarian and I had Turbo fish. The delivery was a of Michelin quality and the wait staff was amazing. The daily breakfast is more than enough and can be à la carte or a buffet style. We would recommend this property to any visitor to Amsterdam’

A brilliant little hotel. Beautiful room, very attentive staff, excellent cocktails in the bar. Would absolutely stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. We rented bikes and got the airport transportation organized by them too.

We couldn´t have made a better pick for our hotel in Amsterdam, and boy did we look for hotels around that area online!. The place is charming, the people there extremely nice and attentive, turndown service was incredible and made us curious what we were going to get when ge got back to our room. Aa luxurious haven with exceptional staff

I was in town for business for 4 days and I was incredibly impressed with the Dylan staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, always happy and courteous, and made an effort to say my name when they encountered me. The location is amazing, the comfort and cleanliness were exceptional.

my daughter arrived at midnight because her flight was delayed. The most gracious and kind staff walked her luggage up to her room as the room had a steep flight of stairs. Room service is open 24 seven exceptional dining options. Five star all the way accommodations and lovely staff. I've already booked a mini stay later this month for my daughter during her break From school in Amsterdam. This is truly a gem of gems. we will be back again & again

The Dylan is elegant. A very welcoming staff. The building is exquisite. The dining is superb. The rooms are abundantly appointed. Bathrooms are large. The tub is great. I walked everywhere from this location. Especially around the corner for coffee. And another quick walk for the best frites that I had during my entire 2 weeks. The Dylan is special. I highly recommend.

Luxury and Service!

The Dylan was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and luxurious and the experience was unmatched. We arrived early and they met us with a hot tea and a muffin and checked our bags (which they took up to our room when it was ready) and provided recommendations for our morning. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed turndown service each night. Location was great and easy to walk most places we wanted to go but the Concierge was also happy to help arrange a cab when it was rainy or we wanted to venture further. I wish I could go back again already. Thank you for the great stay!
