"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "We had an amazing four nights here. Lisa on reception was very helpful and informative, she gave us some good advice and is a great ambassador of your establishment. All staff were informative and helpful. The location is perfect to access all areas of Amsterdam, you have a great transport system on your doorstep and with a travel card you can explore lots of lovely places. The hotel itself is very clean with a great reception area. The room was lovely and the kitchen is an added bonus. Highly recommend. "
