Vi was amazing with setting things up for me. Made my day smooth. She’s amazing

too good to be true. every service person went out of her/his way to help. When the taxi driver forgot one bag on the curb at the airport, the man at the hotel entry door volunteered his help, called the airport where the bag was immediately located. Ombudswomen were everywhere, volunteered to book flights & other city hotels for us. While we were checking out they were scouring our room & a forgotten computer charger & a belt were found & rushed to the signout desk, so nothing was lost.

friendly and helpful staff. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk associate was able to arrange a tour for me in the morning, which was great.

It was a great garden house for vacation, very relaxing and beautiful with all green trees around. Especially, staffs were great and very professional. Room was very nice and clean. Food was good too, and a lot of different experiences. Definitely, we will be back to this resort again in the future if we come back to Huế Recommendation

Everything really good

Excellent hotel. They gave me welcome drink and tropical fruits when the reception and all the room & facilities are very clean. They also kindly placed train booking for me. Best visit this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hue Sweethouse 2. Close to walking street and an easy Grab ride to all the attractions.

The hotel is new, the room is clean, and the staff is friendly.

We stayed in Hue for four days. The staff was great. Once, when we had a minor issue with the computer in the room (wonderful to have), the doorman came up and fixed the problem right away. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times, not only because it was convenient, but because the food was really good. Some friends are visiting Vietnam in the fall, and we will very recommend staying at this hotel if they decide to visit Hue. The staff helped arrange a tour very easily and the taxi...

Best location in Hue. Some improvements in room configuration but still below high expectations. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful. The outdoor pool is open so it’s a plus. Clean room, inexpensive price. Come back anytime.

very nice

Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the...

Great location in Hue, easy walking distance to Perfume River and among many restaurants. A very short ride to the train station. We received a very reasonable rate during late October. Breakfast was very nice, you select from very generous options the night before and pick a time to eat at the rooftop restaurant between 6:30 and 9. I really enjoyed the small but deep pool, and the room was very quiet and clean with a nice bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. Thank you to all the staff for a...
