"Me and my Wife Rosy had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to move around and enjoy the area. What really made the difference, however, was the staff. The level of attention and kindness we received was simply outstanding. We would especially like to mention Rosie. We’re not sure if she is the manager or what her exact role is, but toward the end of our stay she took so much time with us, gave us a lovely souvenir, and even stood outside with us making sure our taxi arrived safely and saying by with his hands up to the end. That level of care is something you rarely see and we will never forget it. We also want to recognize Ana, who works in the buffet service area. Her attentiveness was remarkable. She remembered exactly what I liked for breakfast and would kindly ask if I wanted the same each morning. Such a great memory and such warm service. This hotel is not only a great place to stay because of its facilities and location, but because of the people who work there. They made our experience truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"Champton Hanoi was a lovely stay. It has a very authentic feel to it. We had the room with city views and I was obsessed with the details of the room. The staff especially Erin were very lovely from the moment we checked in until when we left. They were very patient and kept our bags for the entire day after checking out. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We grabbed dinner at the hotel in the evening and it was equally delicious. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Railway Cafe on train street. Upon our departure we received a lovely gift from the hotel - a coffee strainer and a small bag of coffee to remind us of our time in Hanoi once we get back home. Very pleased with the choice we made for our stay in Hanoi."
