"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. "We loved our stay here and had two massages booked, both were great. Definately one of the best hotels in Asia with hot water and good water pressure which is rare in Asia. Super friendly staff and another highlight was the breakfast buffé. For this standard you really get a lot for your money and this is the first time seeing a buffé after travelling in Asia for a few month. Would definately come back again without hesitation."
