They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. "We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, well-appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby. What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. I simply sent a quick email so they would be aware of it for future guests. To my surprise, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular. It’s very rare for a larger company to have management that is this proactive and genuinely committed to making sure their guests have a great experience. The way they handled the situation more than made up for the small issue. Kudos to both the staff and the management team for being absolutely amazing."
