We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was great and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable. They even prepared us a lovely take away breakfast as we checked out very early for a morning flight. The room was very clean and modern. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay with Excellent service. We have traveled widely, but the service here went far beyond expectations. Even before reaching the hotel, the staff called our airport driver to ensure we were comfortable and informed about traffic conditions. On arrival, the team greeted us enthusiastically at the door—such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Our anniversary was made even more special with a decorated room filled with roses, swan towels, and a lovely cake. Every detail showed genuine care and professionalism. This brand-new hotel truly deserves a 7-star rating. The level of service far surpassed what we expected from a 5-star property. From the communication before arrival, to the welcome drinks and personally escorting us to our room, it was a different level of service. The room itself was spacious, immaculate with high-quality towels, robes, toiletries, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering a wide variety of dishes that changed daily, along with a delicious à la carte menu. The warm, relaxing swimming pool was another highlight of our stay. We met the manager, Thomas, on our first morning, and were amazed that he already knew our names. He greeted us warmly every time we saw him and frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. One moment that truly stood out was when we asked to lower the music volume at the pool—Thomas arrived immediately to adjust it himself. On our final day, knowing we always had breakfast at 6:30 a.m., Thomas came specifically to say goodbye and thank us. He offered to personally drive us to the airport since he was heading home at the same time. His dedication explains why Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi runs so seamlessly and maintains such an exceptional standard. We will also miss the amazing staff—Emma, Mia, Kendra, Irene, Tracy, and many others whose names we couldn’t recall. Every one of them was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE is without doubt one of the finest hotels I have experienced in Asia, and the fact that it has only just opened makes it even more impressive. Everything feels brand new—polished interiors, spotless rooms, and a design that combines modern luxury with subtle charm. Beyond the facilities, it was the hospitality that left the strongest impression. On my birthday, the front desk team surprised me with a cake and gathered together to sing. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought genuine emotion and made my stay unforgettable. These personal touches are what elevate a hotel from simply “good” to truly extraordinary. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and always smiling. Staying at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Tucked right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the location could not be more convenient—just steps away from the Colorful Train Street, markets, and cafés. Yet once inside, the hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary, with absolute quiet and a sense of refined luxury. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. From the elegant lobby with its inviting fragrance to the spotless hallways and rooms, every detail feels fresh and pristine. My room was spacious with French Balcony, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The facilities covered everything a traveler could need, from excellent breakfast service to attentive concierge support. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The staff here are remarkable—polite, professional, and sincerely warm. Every time I entered or left the hotel, they remember my name & I was greeted with a bow and a smile, small gestures that made a big difference. It felt as though the team genuinely cared about my experience, not just as a guest, but as a person. For a newly opened hotel to already deliver such a high level of service and comfort is rare. My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special. During our stay, we booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire journey. The arrangements were smooth, professional, and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Every meal at the hotel was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—truly making us feel pampered at every moment. Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful decoration from the entrance to the restaurant. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, even for 1 night. We loved our stay at this new boutique hotel. It’s very clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in the center. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded our room. We stayed during two separate periods, and they kindly kept part of our luggage for us in between. A small note: not all rooms have windows, so make sure to double-check when booking. Breakfast is simple, good, and nicely varied. Overall, highly recommended!

The Du Lac Signature hotel Hanoi was amazing from start to finish. Staff were there to meet you at the car, and did everything they could to ensure that you were looked after. The view from the rooftop bar was fantastic and a great way to watch the sunset with a nice drink. The reception team were always ready to help, giving us great recommendations as to best local places to eat and things to do, they even helped us plan our onward travel while not staying in the hotel. The room was spotless, with a very comfy bed and everything you might need to hand. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Hanoi. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism.
