Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Thomas the hotel manager was very attentive and provided fantastic customer service. Viper as well as the entire staff was amazing. Everyone spoke great English. The hotel is located in a perfect location, everything was walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Du Lac Signature in Hanoi . Our room was beautiful, spacious & very clean . The breakfast was excellent . The staff at this hotel are so lovely & helpful . We must mention Rose , who went out of her way to help my husband get his phone back that he had left on a shuttle bus . She was so friendly & helpful to us during our stay . I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you visit Hanoi . It was wonderful .
