Not much was explained at check in, had to figure out that your keycard is needed to go up in the elevators. Had to ask where the pool was as well. The bed was very comfortable. "I would recommend this hotel. It was in a good location (walkable to Mall and union station) and reasonably priced. Did have a problem with bed: all beds are foldable and one of the two wouldn’t go down. Maintenance responded pretty quickly but couldn’t fix. We had to move to another room. Fine, these things happen, but I was surprised there was little effort to apologize or compensate for the inconvenience."

"Check in was very easy, hosts are kind and very helpful.Kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook your own meals.Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels. Shampoos and body wash are also supplied.Parking is easy and very safe."

"The breakfast had good options. The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom needed updating lots of rust on the door and the faucets were loose in the bathtub. The pool area needs to be better maintained. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing Jose and Debbie the best customer service ever!!"
