We weren't expecting this hotel to be so nice and comfortable inside the rooms. The outside of the hotel was rather dirty and could use some maintenance. Overall nice stay. Much better than our other hotel that was supposed to be the nicer one.

Upon arrival front desk was very nice and welcoming the guy upfront answered all our questions and led us to how to get to our room. Breakfast was very good loved the waffles! Clean room check , the only unfortunate thing was that we arrived too late that night so we couldn’t use the pool area.

Clean room staff is friendly and polite breakfast was good pool and hot tub clean. The only down fall was that they didn't provide keys they stated there system was down and everytime we need to come back to room we had to go to the lobby and they had to open the room with the master key aswell as to use the elevator to get to our room we stayed on the 4th floor.

Our room was placed RIGHT next to the maintenance room. This cause the room we were staying in to smell very strongly of a mix of chemicals and 💩!! Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean. After our stay we realized the bed we had slept on had stains, which was unfortunate, but we slept on top of the covers so it didn’t bug us much. The sink in the room was clogged 90% of the time, and we left it full of water when we left. Breakfast was fine, just your standard complementary menu. It’s an ok, cheap place if you’re only needing a bed to sleep in. Would stay here again if it was my last choice lol. Don’t stay in room 112 !!

I visited Anaheim for a business trip at the Convention Center and stayed here and at Carriage Inn. While the walking distance is convenient, I would rather stay at the Carriage Inn or another location instead. The rooms have bright white lighting everywhere in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was one large room without a shower tub. In most cases, there's a small ridge on the floor so that water doesn't go everywhere, or it is sloped so that water stays in the shower area. After my first shower, I realized I had to put down a second bath towel as a barrier. Otherwise, water would get all over the floor to the sink. I did, however, appreciate that they have refillable toiletries and hand soap! There was constant noise outside from the housekeeping carts. And, at least from my room, when I dialed 'zero' to get to the front desk, it appeared as if someone picked up the phone but there was no one on the other line.

We absolutely loved the room, it was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast was really good, it's just what we hoped for. We will definitely be back.
