"Our room was in the separate second wing, which seemed older and more or less forgotten. The bathroom in particular was bad. The tub was stained and a few bugs came out when we ran the shower. I came out feeling dirtier. It wasn't a housekeeping issue as much as an old property that has been given a few coats of makeup but needs an overhaul. I came for the Disney shuttle and that was nice, but next time I think I'd just stay at a nicer and newer hotel in Anaheim and Uber to the park."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, making checkin/checkout a speedy process. The amenities are open til midnight and the room was spacious and clean. Shower pressure could have been improved but easy to overlook with the various other pros. Easy walk to Disney (12 min walk) and was great to be able to come back in the middle of the day for breaks. Also easy access to plenty of food options. Highly recommend. "

"Do not be misled by good reviews because this place was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Thin walls. So so thin. You'll hear every little thing in nearby rooms, so not good for light sleepers. Okay as far as cleanliness (clean bed, towels, shower) but not amazingly clean and not the nicest quality furnishings (tears in the shower curtain, dirty rug, dusty corners, beat up furniture, marks on the walls). Parking is so weird and seems like a fire hazard - it's "valet" but they just grid lock the cars in a parking lot so to get your car out they have to move multiple cars. This is concerning because the valet leaves at 11. Stayed at many Disney spots and this one was honestly the worst even though it's very close to the park it's just overall a flop so I wouldn't recommend it. It's worth walking a tad father for good sleep, safe car parking and nicer rooms."

"Dont want to leave a bad review but im not sure if its the bed sheets or what. Me n my girlfriend woke up to some bites in our body but other then that everything else was good. Just bummed i didnt get to connect my console to the WiFi."

"Hotel in general is outdated, and run down. The beds for the most part were comfortable but the bunk beds have a light feature that doesn't work and sticks out making it very dangerous for children.The little kitchenette has a light fixture on the wall right above where you sit which everyone kept. The pool was dirty/gross and the towels are very old and need to be replaced. There is no lifeguards, and the people supervising at the waterslides are dressed in jeans and sweaters so I don't think they are there to assist in any emergencies. The breakfast was ok, other than the staff saying it was closed 15 min prior to closing. As well as the cleaning crew trying to clean our room 15 min prior to our checkout time. Besides that, the staff was overall friendly, but I am not sure I would stay here again."

"We stayed in a studio suite on the ground floor. There was plenty of parking, and the check in process was smooth and pleasant. I had let the hotel know in advance that we were having an ECV delivered for my mother, and they were kind enough to charge it for us in the lobby prior to our arrival. The room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were just ok. We only stayed one night, so did not have a bed for the kitchen but it was nicely sized and well stocked. The hot water in the shower took a while to get warm, but the water pressure was good. We did take advantage of the free breakfast, which was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet meal. The morning we were there they had biscuits and gravy, and the waffle makers were a hit with our family. The only thing I was disappointed with was the coffee, but the staff/service well made up for it. Overall, for the price and walking proximity to Disneyland, I recommend this property. "

"Convenient for a Disney trip. 10-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Friendly staff. The elevators seem tired as they make a lot of noise."
